I travelled on a pre-organised student demo bus and went to the first Criminal Justice Bill march - spending the day wandering in and out of the growing crowds.
Glastonbury (1994)
We drove from Leicester to Somerset, arrived in the evening, and walked all the way around the perimeter fence until we found a place to climb over it. A sea of tents, a dusty tramping of wandering crowds, and an opportunity to explore the contrasts of music and their listeners.
Shrewsbury (1994)
The Shropshire Horticultural Society organise The Shrewsbury Flower Show. It has been running since 1875. It used to be all about old age pensioners looking at flowers.
